Raw materials：Gardenia fruit

   Gardenia blue pigment is a popular natural plant pigment in recent years. It is based on the yellow pigment extracted from the gardenia fruit and fermented under the catalytic conditions of β-glucosidase. The fermentation broth is refined and purified by using a macroporous resin, and finally the gardenia blue pigment is obtained.
